Shedding light on muesli, the nutritionist further explains, “Muesli is rich in fibre to the presence of oats and other grains, but the only problem is that it contains sugar, making it its biggest drawback.” To reap maximum health benefits from it, she suggests making muesli at home using fresh ingredients instead of relying on ready-made packages. And even if you do plan to buy it from the market, opt for the one that has the minimum amount of sugar.
